DENVER, Colo. (January 19, 2022) – On January 1, 2022, Stefan Stein was elected Chief Executive Officer of Sherman & Howard, succeeding Greg Densen who successfully led the firm over the last six years. Densen will remain a member of the firm’s executive team and will help support Stein during the transition.

Stein said he wants to capitalize on the “good will” accumulated by the 130-year-old firm to break into the region’s emerging legal markets including health care, cybersecurity, antitrust, cannabis and more while building on the firm’s existing strengths such as litigation, business transactions and finance and private client services.
