DENVER (August 29, 2023) – Sherman & Howard has added Ashlyn Fiscus to its Trusts and Estates Planning group in its Denver office.

Fiscus will be working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on customized estate plans, wealth transfer strategies, and business succession plans.

“I’m excited to continue building my law career at Sherman & Howard and collaborate with this talented team of attorneys while partnering with clients to enable positive growth,” said Fiscus.

Fiscus has developed governing agreements and business succession plans for small-business owners and compiled and filed federal gift and estate tax returns, applications for § 501(c)(3) recognition, and annual information returns for recognized § 501(c)(3) organizations.

Fiscus graduated in 2020 from the University of Colorado Law School. Before that, she graduated magna cum laude from Kansas State University with a degree in Business Administration in 2016. In her last year of law school, she stayed busy working as a student attorney for the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic and as an intern at area law firms. Fiscus spent the past two years as a trusts and estates associate at a Colorado law firm before joining Sherman & Howard.
