Ashlyn has experience drafting comprehensive and complex estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, and advanced tax planning trusts (e.g., SLATs, ILITs, CRATs). She analyzes advanced tax planning techniques and advises clients on opportunities to manage and pass on their wealth. Ashlyn has also managed the administration of estates and trusts.

She has developed governing agreements and business succession plans for small-business owners and compiled and filed federal gift and estate tax returns, applications for § 501(c)(3) recognition, and annual information returns for recognized § 501(c)(3) organizations.

Her clients appreciate her ability to partner with them and build relationships. They also appreciate her professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of tax law. She works closely with her clients to ensure their short- and long-term goals are met.

Originally from Olathe, Kansas, Ashlyn earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.
