Labor & Employment Breakfast Briefing

The NLRB Reform Agenda – Expanding the Footprint and Power of Organized Labor

NLRB General Counsel Abruzzo is planning and beginning to carry out an unprecedented re-engineering of American Labor Law.  Expect “reforms” that have only one objective—expanding the footprint and power of organized labor.  Amy and Patrick will lay out Abruzzo’s game plan….but, bad news, the fix is in with a new NLRB ready to put the LABOR in National Labor Relations Board.  Amy and Patrick will also address high profile union organizing (e.g. Starbucks, Amazon) and what is currently going on in our neighborhood.

This program is ideal for human resources professionals, business owners and executives, and managers in both union AND non union workplaces, as the regulatory agenda largely concerns non-union employers as well.
