Diana Devot learned a lot about the ins and outs of businesses during her time as a hedge fund analyst. Today, she uses that in-depth knowledge to help her corporate clients.

With more than a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities, contracts, and general corporate law across a broad spectrum of industries, Diana represents a broad range of clients, including pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, staffing companies, ski resorts, fitness studios, restaurants, IT companies, oil and gas/natural resource firms, food processing companies, consulting companies, cannabis companies, and many others.

Diana has a unique understanding of her clients’ needs, whether a startup or Fortune 200 company. Her knowledge of the various complexities of corporate law and SEC reporting enables her to offer support and insight to clients at every stage of their life cycle.

Clients appreciate Diana’s attention to detail and thorough evaluation, which makes her adept at finding real or unrealized issues. Her ability to identify potential problems enables her to be proactive and address them to ensure her clients are not faced with a surprise later.

During the pandemic, Diana used the time to become an EMT and IV certified. She volunteers with Highland Rescue Team Ambulance in Golden, CO, where she spends three 12-hour shifts a month helping others.

Diana graduated summa cum laude from Pepperdine University with a degree in Economics. While in college, she worked at Boeing Satellite Systems in their finance department, performing in-depth financial analysis for their various projects. Prior to law school, she worked as an analyst at Relational Investors, LLC in San Diego, CA.
