Alex Thomas assists companies of all sizes on a variety of business matters.
Alex’s experience includes drafting closing documents and memoranda for a wide range of transactions. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial intern for Justice William Hood III of the Colorado Supreme Court. While in law school, Alex served as the editor-in-chief of the University of Denver Water Law Review and devoted his time to programs like the Tribal Wills Project.
