DENVER (June 10, 2024) – Sherman & Howard announces the addition of litigator Peter Biberstein to the firm’s Litigation practice group.

From Washington D.C. to Denver, Colorado, Biberstein has represented individuals and businesses in all stages of litigation, including commercial disputes, coverage disputes, general liability, and other matters in state and federal courts. Detail-oriented and result-driven, Biberstein is passionate about helping his clients and advocating for their interests.

“Building trust with a client and taking the time to listen to what they need is what being a lawyer is all about,” said Biberstein. “From the start of a case to the end, I am preparing, investigating, and strategizing to work toward meeting my client’s goals.”

Prior to joining the firm, Biberstein served as general counsel for a mental health care coordination service, where he provided strategic guidance and risk management advice to senior executives, managed contracts, oversaw outside counsel, maintained IP portfolios, and supported sales, product, marketing, and other teams.

Biberstein received his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas. He serves on the board of The Herd, the Denver Zoo’s Young Professionals Organization.
