Sherman & Howard corporate and transactional attorney and vice chair of the CBA International Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association’s (CBA) International Law Section, Garth Jensen, will moderate a CBA panel discussion about how in-house counsel can manage risk and legal issues while operating internationally.
