Before joining Sherman & Howard, Tom served as senior corporate counsel to a global agribusiness/food company, an IT procurement leader, and a national sales leader for health, specialty, and commodity food ingredient sales teams.  Aside from practicing law, he has held sales and marketing roles for an auto manufacturer and a pharmaceutical company and runs his own solar equipment ecommerce business.
