Spencer Pedemonte practices in both the Business & Real Estate and Tax & Probate practice groups. He returned to the firm after participating in Sherman & Howard’s 2022 Summer Associate Program.

Spencer graduated with high honors from the University of Montana’s Alexander Blewett III School of Law. While in law school, he gained experience by participating in a Legal Fellowship with the Wikimedia Foundation and working with the in-house counsel for the digital mapping company, onX Maps. He also served as a teaching assistant in legal research and writing classes and as a research assistant in both tax and intellectual property law. Spencer is a recipient of the Montana Bar Intellectual Property Section Graduation Award.

Prior to law school, he worked as a winemaker in Oregon, New Zealand, Australia, Chile, France, and Italy.
