Rick Bednarski believes in the right to a fair trial, and he ensures the justice system upholds his clients’ rights and the system works properly for his clients, providing each one with the best defense possible.

With nearly 25 years of experience representing individuals and corporations who have been charged with criminal offenses ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies in both state and federal court, Rick approaches each case without judgment and helps people through some of the toughest times they may face.
