With strong analytical and negotiation skills, Peter is a creative problem solver who goes above and beyond to help his clients achieve their goals and realize their visions.

From Washington D.C. to Denver, Colorado, Peter has represented individuals and businesses in all stages of litigation, including commercial disputes, coverage disputes, general liability, professional liability, and other matters in state and federal courts. He advises clients on risk management, litigation and trial strategy, contract negotiations, compliance, and investigations.

Detail-oriented and results-driven, Peter is passionate about helping his clients and advocating for their interests. He builds trusting partnerships with clients and takes a collaborative approach, ensuring their voices are heard at every step of the way.

Prior to joining the firm, Peter served as general counsel for a mental health care coordination service, where he provided strategic guidance and risk management advice to senior executives, managed contracts, oversaw outside counsel, maintained IP portfolios, and supported sales, product, marketing, and other teams. Peter previously was a partner at a regional firm in the Mid-Atlantic and has experience as an in-house trial attorney with a large national insurer.

He received his Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas. He serves on the board of The Herd, the Denver Zoo’s Young Professionals Organization.
