Margaret has experience in every aspect of real estate law, from commercial real estate transactions, including property purchase and sale transactions; leasing; development; permitting; entitlements; land use analysis; title and survey review; due diligence; regulatory compliance; and financing transactions; including commercial, office, industrial, healthcare, retail, energy (solar and wind), and multifamily transactions, as well as  corporate transactions, including structuring of joint venture transactions; merger and acquisition transactions; due diligence evaluations; alternative financing structures; and regulatory compliance.

She also has experience with finance transactions, which includes lender-side and borrower-side financing, refinancing, lender due diligence, tax credit financing, loan workouts, and enforcement.
