Valley Leadership Selects Sherman & Howard Attorney John Randolph to Class 39

July 18, 2017 (Phoenix, AZ) — Sherman & Howard is proud to announce that attorney John Randolph has been selected to Valley Leadership Institute Class 39. After a competitive selection process, a group of 53 individuals was chosen from a range of business sectors, including corporate and nonprofit executives, small business owners, public officials and servants, and leaders in healthcare, education, law, and technology.

John Randolph is a Member of Sherman & Howard’s Business and Corporate; Litigation, Trials and Appeals; and Real Estate Practice Groups. John is excited about his participation: “As the Valley has provided me with numerous opportunities, I look forward to using my leadership talents and this time to give back to my community.”

Mr. Randolph represents developers, investors, government entities and lenders in all aspects of ownership, development, investment, lending, leasing and sale of commercial, retail, industrial and residential development over his legal career in Arizona. John’s representation of lenders includes banks and financial service companies in connection with loan originations, workouts, prejudgment strategies and remedies, trustee’s sales, foreclosures, UCC remedies and enforcement.

John has been recognized as an Arizona Business Leader in the Banking Law section of AZ Business Leaders for the past three years and he’s been in the “Attorneys to Know” section of Arizona Commercial Real Estate’s 2013-2014 edition of “Top People to Know in Commercial Real Estate.” John is also an Arizona Charter Academy board member.
