DENVER (October 20, 2023) – Sherman & Howard continues to grow its Litigation practice group in the Denver office with the addition of Harshwinder “Harshy” Kaur Badhesha.

With experience in litigation and government relations and regulatory affairs, Badhesha represents clients in commercial and civil litigation matters, including corporate, construction, contract, professional liability, licensing, regulatory, real estate, and insurance.

Badhesha graduated in 2021 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she was the Tenth Circuit articles editor of the Denver Law Review and received her undergrad degree from the University of Colorado in 2016. Badhesha began her law career at a Denver-based law firm before finding her way to Sherman & Howard.
