July 10, 2017 – Sherman & Howard L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Lyle Wallace has joined the firm’s Denver office and is a Member in the Business and Corporate Department.

“Lyle brings significant transactional experience working with privately-held companies and private equity groups and we are excited to have him as part of the team,” said Jeff Kesselman, who leads the firm’s Corporate team.

Lyle has represented companies on corporate governance, securities offerings and transactions throughout the U.S. and has advised clients on all aspects of corporate affairs, including entity formation and structuring, growth strategies, domestic and international contract negotiations, finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formation, governance and compliance issues.  Prior to joining Sherman & Howard, he served as the head of the corporate group at Baker & Hostetler’s Denver office.
