A University of Denver Sturm College of Law tax law professor is taking his 15 years of experience in education to Sherman & Howard LLC’s corporate and transactional and practice.

Isaac Lodico joins Sherman & Howard as a member in the firm’s Denver office, after spending over a decade as a tax law professor, the firm announced Friday. In a statement, Lodico said he made the decision to change the trajectory of his career, so he could apply his knowledge to clients’ needs.

“It is a shift, but I am looking forward to working side-by-side with our team of attorneys on tax-related matters,” Lodico said.
