Colorado-based firm Sherman & Howard LLC has added a Denver construction partner, who was previously based in Florida, from Southeast regional firm Adams and Reese.

 In an announcement Wednesday, the firm touted the arrival of Hilary Morgan as a boost to the firm’s litigation and construction practices, highlighting her decade of experience and the perspective she brings as the daughter of a contractor.

 “Hilary’s experience in construction law is going to be an incredible benefit to the firm,” litigation group head Raj Kukreja said in a statement. “She has the ability to step into her clients’ shoes and partner with them to give the best possible legal advice to reach their current and future needs.”

 Morgan spent most of her career practicing in Florida. Her practice focuses on representing construction industry clients, including contractors, subcontractors, architects, developers and suppliers, in a variety of matters, according to the announcement.
