Law Week Colorado Quoted Pat Miller on OSHA Updates

Sherman & Howard member, Pat Miller was quoted in Law Week Colorado regarding the recent updates to the electronic recordkeeping rule. With the recent updates to the rule, such large employers will not have to submit their OSHA 300 or 301 forms, but still have the obligation to submit their annual 300A summaries.

Pat spoke towards logistic challenges companies were facing regarding details of an injury. “Limiting it to a 300A is a sensible approach because you still get the basic information that the rule was designed to address,” said Pat.
