Sherman & Howard arbitrator and arbitration attorney David B. Wilson will moderate a Colorado Bar Association (CBA) International Law Section panel discussion about arbitration advocacy. He will be joined on the panel by Chicago-based arbitrator, Lawrence S. Schaner; Sally A. Harpole, an independent arbitrator, now based in San Francisco after years in Hong Kong; Dominic Spenser Underhill, international arbitrator at London’s Spenser Underhill Newmark; and Andrea Hulbert V., international arbitrator and founding partner of Hulbert Volio Abogados in San José, Costa Rica. These leading international arbitrators will be discussing what arbitrators find helpful (and not) at all stages of the proceeding, so that counsel can increase the likelihood that the client’s position will be heard and understood.
