David B. Wilson Named Fellow in College of Commercial Arbitrators

Denver attorney David B. Wilson has been named to the 2023 class of fellows in the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA), an organization compiling the nation’s best commercial arbitrators to help businesses settle disputes outside of the courtroom.

Fellowship in the organization is by invitation only, and those invited are considered “the elite” in their profession, having the training, judgment, and experience “to undertake the most complicated and difficult commercial arbitration assignments,” according to the CCA.

Wilson serves as arbitrator (chair, panelist, sole arbitrator, and emergency arbitrator) in U.S. and international disputes.  He also is a member of the American Law Institute, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a senior fellow of Litigation Counsel of America.  As counsel, his practice includes international and U.S. arbitration and litigation, and he has handled more than 200 cross-border matters, involving parties in more than 30 countries.

Wilson joins Sherman & Howard attorney Gordon “Skip” Netzorg as a fellow in the CCA, which has named only 12 fellows in Colorado.
