Cyndi Stovall will be a featured speaker at the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate webinar, “Who owns the right of way and how can my client get a piece of it?” Stovall along with Scott Turner, Shareholder at Welborn, Sullivan, Meck & Tooley, will discuss the history of the centerline presumption rule, the application of the rule by Colorado courts, and more.

The presentation will be held virtually on September 14 from 12 – 1 P.M. Registration details and access information will be distributed at 10 A.M. on the morning of the event. Colorado Continuing Legal Education accreditation (CLE) will also be available.
