DENVER, Colo. (September 23, 2020) — Sherman & Howard member David Wilson spoke in a recent CBS4 Denver interview regarding Tenth Circuit Judge Allison Eid as a possible candidate to replace the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and recent suggestions about enlarging the Supreme Court.

Wilson, who has known Eid for approximately 30 years, said she was friends with Justice Ginsburg and a mentor to Ginsburg’s son. “There are these connections that transcend politics, and also reflect that it’s possible for people to get along regardless of ideological disagreement.”
