Sydnee’s experience includes drafting and reviewing disclosure and bond documents for special districts, school districts, and governmental entities.
Prior to joining Sherman & Howard, she served as a summer law clerk for RE/MAX Legal Department where she researched and drafted legal memoranda on trademark infringement, copyright registration, and data privacy regulation.
