Monica Frascona is a seasoned litigator who draws on her experience as a deputy district attorney and civil litigator to help her serve clients.

Monica assists clients with their litigation and labor and employment needs. She has experience researching and drafting correspondence, memoranda, and motions; conducting oral and written settlement negotiations; and defending hearings and mediations. She also has experience analyzing evidence; researching; writing; propounding and defending discovery; engaging in oral argument; and conducting jury trials.
