Rick Rivera is a labor and employment attorney.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where he spent time working with the Korey Wise Innocence Project and Barrister’s Council.
Rick also participated in Colorado Law’s Appellate Practicum, where he argued in front of the Federal Tenth Circuit under the supervision of his licensed professor.
Prior to going to law school, he spent nearly 20 years in the restaurant industry in Texas and Colorado. He also spent time working as a substitute teacher and volunteered with several organizations to help low-income individuals and families.
