Sherman & Howard is saddened to announce the passing of two valued alumni, William “Bill” Hunnicutt and Don Sherwood.
William “Bill” Hunnicutt – August 19, 2019
Bill Hunnicutt began his practice with Sherman & Howard in 1977. He will be remembered at Sherman & Howard for his distinguished career in Trial Law, Family Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 16 at Montview Boulevard Presbyterian Church (1980 Dahlia Street, Denver, CO 80220).
In lieu of flowers, Bill’s family would appreciate donations in his memory to the charity of your choice or any of those listed at Bill’s memorial website.
Don Sherwood – August 13, 2019
For more than 30 years, Don Sherwood focused his practice on natural resources law. He will be remembered as a respected attorney, professor, scholar, and a great intellect.
The family of Don Sherwood held a private memorial. Donations in Don’s memory can be made to the Colorado Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
