On November 4, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) requiring most employers in the country to implement COVID-19 vaccine requirements or require employees to present evidence of weekly negative COVID-19 tests. While the 490-page ETS will not be officially published until November 5, it is available to the public and we have prepared an overview.
