Leveraging Technology for Fair, Efficient, & Effective International Arbitration Proceedings

Can better use of technology help save time and costs in arbitration, whether in U.S. or international disputes? The answer is yes, as explained in the new report from the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, “Leveraging Technology for Fair, Efficient and Effective International Arbitration Proceedings”.

Sherman & Howard member David B. Wilson was one of two Americans appointed to the Working Group that prepared the report. Wilson’s practice includes international arbitration, both as advocate and arbitrator, and he is the Commission’s former Vice Chair.
