DENVER, January 28, 2015 –Sherman & Howard is pleased to announce that Stacy Elder and Jasmine Ocken have both been promoted to directors at the firm.

Stacy Elder is the Director of Office Services. She is responsible for managing all office services operations and staff throughout the firm’s 11 offices. She will provide oversight of the records and data management, library services, purchasing, reception and mail services, food and hospitality and travel management functions. Stacy is currently a member of the Association of Legal Administrators. She joined Sherman & Howard in 1983.

Jasmine Ocken is the Director of Information Technology. She is responsible for directing all IT functions and related services to the firm. Jasmine works closely with firm leadership in the strategic development of IT operational planning, oversight of standards and procedures for technology throughout the firm and evaluation of new and existing technology. She is a member of the International Legal Technology Association. Jasmine joined Sherman & Howard in 2007.
