February 23, 2017 – The law firm of Sherman & Howard L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Stuart Lark, Robert Skinner and John Wylie have joined the firm as members. All three lawyers will practice from the firm’s Colorado Springs office.

Stuart Lark, Robert Skinner and John Wylie have a nationally recognized practice advising religious and other nonprofit organizations on matters related to their unique operational and legal challenges. They advise clients on legal structure, governance, operational and personnel policies, religious accommodations, joint ventures and affiliations, commercial activities, unrelated trade or business income tax, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, international structure, tax-exempt financing, private foundation rules and planned giving.
