DENVER (Feb. 9, 2023) – Tax attorney Tim Glasgow has joined Sherman & Howard.

Glasgow comes to Sherman & Howard after 10 years with the Denver office of an international law firm. He has been advising clients on the tax consequences on a wide variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, joint ventures, and restructurings of corporations and partnerships for more than 20 years. Additionally, he is experienced with tax planning relating to trusts and estates for high-net-worth clients.
