(December 8, 2021) – Sherman & Howard announced today the move of its Denver office to Block 162, a new 30-story building in Denver’s Central Business District at 675 15th Street between California and Welton Streets. Sherman & Howard’s team of about 230 attorneys and staff moved into nearly 60,000 square feet on levels 23 and 24 of the building, making the firm the first tenant to occupy space in Block 162.

Sherman & Howard worked with Stantec, one of the world’s leading design firms, and i2 Construction, a Denver-based, full-service commercial general contractor, to develop and deliver a reimagined work setting that prioritizes non-traditional work arrangements, sustainability, technology, and flexibility. Purpose-designed floor plans, expansive views of the Front Range and the city, an abundance of natural light, and state-of-the-art technology are just a few of the features enabling the firm to deliver a hospitality-forward experience for clients, guests, and team members.
