Sherman & Howard Continues Growth in its Business Group in Denver with Addition of Transactional Attorney Angie Fletcher

DENVER (Aug. 22, 2022) – Sherman & Howard has added Angie Fletcher as its newest attorney in its Business and Real Estate practice group, where she will add depth and experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance, and advise on general corporate matters.  Angie has experience both in private practice and as in-house counsel.  Her industry experience in banking, manufacturing, and energy adds additional expertise in those areas for the firm.

“We are incredibly pleased to welcome Angie to the firm,” said Lyle Wallace, who serves as the firm’s Business and Real Estate practice group leader. “Her level of experience and commitment to her clients will be a valuable addition to the Sherman & Howard team and further strengthens our ability to serve both public and private corporate clients in a variety of areas.  What is perhaps most impressive about Angie is the dedication she has for working with clients to solve problems.  She is a talented attorney, but more than that, she is a strong advocate on behalf of her clients.”

Angie said Sherman & Howard’s reputation and culture appealed to her. “I was especially drawn to the robust corporate and transactional work they do for their clients. They are a well-known firm and I’m excited for the opportunity to work with the firm’s attorneys and clients.” Her collaborative approach lends itself well to transactional work. “I’m drawn to transactions where the parties work together to achieve a common goal – keeping in mind my role to achieve my clients’ business objectives.”
