Sherman & Howard Announces Headquarters Relocation to Block 162

Firm’s New Headquarters Will Set a Standard for New Workplace Design and Safety Features

DENVER, Colo. (March 19, 2021) — Sherman & Howard L.L.C. today announces that it will relocate its headquarters to Block 162, a new 30-story building in the heart of Denver’s Central Business District at 675 15th Street, between California and Welton Streets. The firm is the first tenant to sign a lease in Block 162 with Patrinely Group and USAA Real Estate Today. It is the largest new office lease signed in Denver in the past 12 months.

Sherman & Howard’s space will set a new standard for office environments, with sustainability, energy efficiency, technology, and flexibility in mind, as well as best-in-class health, safety, and wellness features. It will also support the firm’s growth strategy, which focuses on attracting and retaining top talent and elevating the service it provides to clients and the community. Sherman & Howard will occupy nearly 60,000 square feet on levels 23 and 24 of the building, beginning Q4 2021, with a team of about 230 lawyers and staff in the area.

The firm’s new offices have been designed by Stantec, one of the world’s leading design firms, and i2 Construction, a Denver-based, full-service commercial general contractor, will handle the buildout.

Sherman & Howard’s new headquarters will offer convenient mass transit and vehicle accessibility, including easy access to I-25 and adjacency to light rail and the 16th Street Free Mall Ride shuttle. The building’s shared amenity area includes a fitness center, outdoor exercise lawn, social lounge, bodega, and conference and meeting space with operable glass walls and abundant natural light. Its design incorporates a best-in-class ventilation system and touch-free entry doors and restroom fixtures, along with a host of other health, safety, and security features.
