DENVER (Sept. 16, 2022) – Sherman & Howard has added Iris Lozano as its newest attorney in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group, where she will be able to draw from her years of experience leading human resources organizations to help advocate for her clients in labor and employment law.

Iris spent more than 15 years in human resources in rapidly growing entrepreneurial-spirited organizations where she managed the administration of compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and employee training and development. She also has experience working on corporate matters in the high tech, manufacturing, financial, and construction industries. Iris also spent five years running a small business. One thing she prides herself on is her commitment to understanding her clients’ business and issues at hand.

Prior to Sherman & Howard, Iris was an associate at a large labor and employment defense firm.
