The IP Crowd interviewed Jim Sawtelle for a podcast titled “Impact of Tam.”  Jim discussed how the Supreme Court recently unanimously reversed a 70 year old law, opening the door for companies to pursue edgier branding.  This monumental decision has already led to a flood of new trademark applications for marks that would have been previously deemed as “scandalous” or “immoral.”
