The pandemic has caused many professionals, including accountants and financial executives, to rethink how they serve their companies and clients. In particular, the ways we are communicating with others may be changing. This presentation is intended to get the attendees to consider the implications of these changes.

• Consider implications of remote working on professional competencies
• Learn about privileged communications in Colorado, particularly the accountant privilege
• Discuss activities that might waive privileged communications, and best practices for maintaining confidentiality and privilege
