Juneteenth Commemoration and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Best Practices Panel Discussion

Wednesday, June 8, 2022 | 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. MT

Juneteenth represents the day, June 19, 1865, which celebrates the ending of slavery in the United States.

Please join us either in-person or virtually on June 8 as we commemorate Juneteenth with an opportunity to learn about the history of the holiday and hear from business leaders who are dedicated to the advancement of DEI within their organizations and across our communities.

We are excited to be joined by Dr. Arthur Jones, professor emeritus at the University of Denver, who will talk about the history of Juneteenth and its significance, and discuss anecdotes about the real-life impact of the day. Immediately following, our panel will serve as a platform for representatives from numerous business sectors to share their experiences and discuss topics relevant to DE&I priorities, including race, social justice, sustaining long-term progress, shifting from a programmatic to a strategic focus, and more.

We look forward to seeing you!
