June 7, 2018 – On May 29^th, The City of Aspen’s Historic Preservation Commission recognized three projects that focused on careful restoration and expansion of Victorian era homes. For one of the projects, 229 W. Smuggler Avenue, Joseph Krabacher with Sherman & Howard, served as legal counsel. The project restored and expanded the home using a minimal, sympathetic and creative design, while retaining the large yard and cottonwoods surrounding the site.
