The Colorado House and Senate recently passed HB 17-1051 on March 21, 2017, which is the first major change to the Colorado Procurement Code since it was enacted in 1982.  With the strong support of the Colorado House and Senate, it is anticipated Governor Hickenlooper will sign HB 17-1051.  This webinar will discuss all the important changes in HB 17-1051, especially relating to ethics, procurement training, multi-year contracts, contract management systems, contract terms and conditions, administrative remedies, bid protests, confidentiality and CORA, and set-asides, preferences and goals.
