ColoradoBiz magazine has published Carissa Davis’ and Melissa Reagan’s advisory sent to employers recommending to check the potential for bias when using artificial intelligence (AI) to screen job applications.

These Sherman & Howard attorneys have been following the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which is poised to start auditing employers who use AI in screening to ensure no violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, or the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
