The Denver office of Sherman & Howard is seeking a dynamic legal secretary in its Litigation Department. The secretary will provide secretarial, organizational and administrative support for attorneys with a high-paced, sophisticated practice. This is a litigation secretarial position, however, emphasis is on administrative and transactional tasks to include proofreading, heaving transcription, editing various documents, and preparing expense reports. Other duties include scheduling client appointments, answering calls, time entry, client billing, and handling electronic filings in both state and federal courts. This position requires a great deal of client interaction and candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, attorneys and staff.
