Nathan Whitney is a Member in Sherman & Howard’s Labor and Employment Group and Litigation, Trials and Appeals Group. Nathan represents clients in a wide range of employment matters, including defense of claims under Title VII, the ADA, and the FMLA. Nathan also has experience representing governmental entities in employment-related matters. Nathan began his career as a prosecutor in Colorado’s Fourth Judicial District where tried numerous cases, including cases of first degree murder.
