She focuses her practice on assisting employers with prevention strategies and risk mitigation; advising on compliance with federal, state, and local laws; negotiating employment-related contracts; drafting internal policies and procedures; and representing employers in employment law cases and administrative charges.
Additionally, Lori counsels clients on corporate and busines transactions, including the formation of businesses, preparation of corporate documents, negotiation of commercial agreements, and the sale and purchase of businesses. She also has experience providing guidance to healthcare clients on healthcare compliance and the practice of medicine.
