Lee Fanyo advises public and private companies and their management on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and other matters that affect business operations. His experience includes representing the energy, industrial, and aerospace sectors.

Before entering private practice, Lee was a judicial clerk to Justice Allison H. Eid on the Colorado Supreme Court.
