Kellie takes the time to get to know her clients and their goals to ensure the best possible service. Then she devises a strategy to help each client achieve its goals.

Repeatedly recognized as a Super Lawyers’ ‘Rising Star’, Kellie Fetter excels at distilling mountains of documents, reconciling seemingly inconsistent testimony, and then creating clear and compelling stories that judges, juries, and opposing parties can readily grasp.

Representing clients ranging from large international corporations to local entrepreneurs, Kellie has achieved winning results in and out of court in cases alleging breach of contract, securities fraud and negligence, and insurance coverage disputes, as well as a variety of other claims. Kellie’s areas of focus include commercial litigation, e-discovery, and business litigation for healthcare industry clients. She also represents clients from the construction, banking, and telecommunications sectors.
