Kathryn “Katie” DeVries is passionate in her approach, a strong advocate for her clients, and adept at helping clients resolve matters through mediation and at trial.

Katie works on all aspects of family law and domestic relations. She regularly assists clients in the context of divorce and legal separation, advising on a wide variety of private family-related matters. She often deals with complex child-related issues such as custody, visitation, child support, parenting time, parental alienation, and relocations. Utilizing parental responsibilities evaluators and child and family investigators, Katie helps craft parenting plans in the children’s best interests. She is also skilled at navigating complex financial matters that require employing multiple experts and in drafting, negotiating, defending, and challenging premarital and marital agreements.
