Janet Betts is a Member of the Real Estate and Business and Corporate Departments.  She has represented landlords, tenants, nonprofits, real estate developers and owners, and purchasers and sellers of businesses.  Jan is a published author and is recognized in both Best Lawyers in America and Top Lawyers in Arizona by Arizona Business Magazine.

  • Represents hotels and other hospitality entities in entitlement work, contract work (service contracts, banquet contracts), leases (equipment, rooms, retail store within the hotel), letters to guests due to injury or complaint, liquor licensing (including on-site and special events through catering), spa and product contracts, waivers/disclaimers for guests, ADA for pools, staircases, walkways, access, etc., and expansion plans (ballroom and parking).
