Diana Godwin Ettlinger has more than 20 years of experience representing individuals and companies in real estate transactions, development and leasing, corporate and business matters.

In addition to her real estate practice, she advises clients regarding trademark protection and registration. She also assists homeowners and homeowner associations with creating, updating, understanding and complying with governing documents and Colorado laws affecting Common Interest Communities. She also represents Special Districts with statutory compliance, elections, budgeting and audit matters. Diana spent several years of her practice focusing primarily on water right protection and development, and this background provides added insight when she is involved in land transactions involving water. Having spent the first five years in practice in the courtroom litigating a broad variety of disputes, her experience with litigation matters equips her to anticipate problems and structure transactions to avoid the issues and costs involved in resolving disputes.
