Diana Godwin Ettlinger has more than 20 years of experience representing individuals and companies in real estate transactions, development and leasing, corporate and business matters.

Diana is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Trademark groups. Diana advises clients regarding trademark protection and registration. She assists homeowners and homeowner associations with creating, updating, understanding and complying with governing documents and Colorado laws affecting Common Interest Communities. She also represents Special Districts with statutory compliance, elections, budgeting and audit matters. Diana spent several years of her practice focusing primarily on water right protection and development, and provides ongoing representation relating to water right matters. Having spent the first five years in practice in the courtroom litigating a broad variety of disputes, her experience with litigation matters equips her to anticipate problems and structure transactions to avoid the issues and costs involved in resolving disputes.
